Did you receive the wrong or defective product?
Please send an email with the customer name or customer ID and a photo of the product received to our email address jaszmotor@gmail.com and our colleague will contact you. (It is important that you indicate this in your email so that we can see exactly what you received)
Was the package contents incomplete?
Please notify our colleague by phone or email of what happened, using the customer's name or customer ID. When packing we record it with a camerawhat will be included in the package to be sent, of course, in case of shortage, we will immediately send the missing product/products free of charge.
I received the package, but it is not the right one. Is there a possibility of an exchange?
Of course, yes, with the following options:
1. With a package exchange service, so you don't have to bother with shipping, but notify us by phone or email and my colleague will ship the "new" product/package. It is important that you carefully package the unclaimed product back and when the courier brings the new package, the shipping label of your returned package will be attached to it on the outside.
Parcel exchange is not possible at the parcel point!
The package exchange service fee is 2690 HUF (1x 1890 HUF for re-delivery and 1x 1200 HUF for returning the product to our location)
Of course, we will return it with the value adjusted and the invoice modified. In case of overpayment, we will issue a cash invoice and put the difference in the package. In case of additional payment, you can pay the difference on delivery to the courier in cash or by bank card.
2. Return the package/product to our address. Please describe what you would like to exchange and which product you would like to replace it with, either on a piece of paper and put it in the box, or by email. Upon return, we will ship the other product(s) you requested.
The postage in this case is +1890 gross.
Of course, we will return it with the value adjusted and the invoice amended. In case of overpayment, we will refund/remit the remaining amount within 14 days! In case of additional payment, you can pay the difference on delivery to the courier in cash or by bank card.
In the case of prepaid credit card payments, we can only make modifications if the amount of the modification does not exceed the amount previously paid. Otherwise, the previous order will be canceled, the full price of which will be refunded within 14 days, and a new order must be placed.
After sending the order, you can only request/apply a package exchange once, after which you can only cancel and place a new order for the selected product(s). (For any payment and delivery method)
You can also exchange your unsuitable product in person in our store!
In the event of a product exchange or withdrawal, you can return the ordered product(s) within 14 days instead of 30 days!
IMPORTANT! Please do not send the package back to our address with cash on delivery, because our colleagues do not have the opportunity to receive it or pay for it! We will refund the amount after it arrives and is inspected!

Please print it out, fill it out and return it to our address together with the unclaimed part. We will inspect the product upon return and refund the amount as soon as we find it in order. (For more information, see our ASZF policy)
